[Wiki Loves Monuments] Protection of commons competition page

Hi All,

A number of countries use commons pages for this competition.  Should
we semi-protect them in anticipation of high traffic?  I am not saying
there will be intentional vandalism but some embarrassing error may
occur for wiki newbies.  I have seen some for my country and I have
filed a request for WLMTH 2014 pages:
