[Wiki Loves Monuments] UploadWizard bug?

The ID can be set as a required field for each upload campaign. This is currently not done for any country and could/should be discussed. 
Besides that there's a small bug, the field has a red * (asterix) indicating that it is required, even when it's not.

I am looking forward to an update on this too.
But for the time being, I have experiment with 
(a) suppressing the direct link to UploadWizard: Participants will be forced to go to the lists/map or other tools and click from there to upload.


(b) writing a template to explain about monument ID and placing it on talk page of those who have uploaded photos without ID (or with invalid ID).

It can be difficult to classify photos with no information given.
