[Wiki Loves Monuments] UploadWizard bug?

I am looking forward to an update on this too.

But for the time being, I have experiment with

(a) suppressing the direct link to UploadWizard: Participants will be
forced to go to the lists/map or other tools and click from there to upload.

(b) writing a template to explain about monument ID and placing it on talk
page of those who have uploaded photos without ID (or with invalid ID).
