Oh, cool. I had suspected it was a method like that, from c18707 /
c18708, but had not found the WLM-ISO-3166-2 repo (I looked for it in
WLMMobile and repos of wikimedia). I no longer need to ask you :)

I have some ideas on how to structure them, but didn't build it into a
commit yet.
