[Wiki Loves Monuments] Flickr wins in Andorra and Spain

Hi Vincenç,

great to hear & read! Would you be able to turn this into a blogpost
similar to those that have been sent recently in attachment? You can
take their html and replace everything by what you want. That way we
can easily post it on our blog.
