You first have to make structured lists [1]. These lists can be added to 
the monuments database [2]. I just add all available fields to the 
country table and than map fields to the European table.
It might be easier to do this together to get it started. Maybe you can 
join #wikilovesmonuments on Freenode [3]?

We already have some tools working on the data [4]. For example putting 
the monuments on the map or suggesting images to be used in the lists on 
Wikipedia. Of course a lot more is possible!
