[Translators-l] How should I translate "the Board"?

So, there is also a) the Advisory Board
<https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Advisory_Board> and b) the Endowment
Advisory Board as described in
https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Resolution:Establishment_of_Endowment
In the same resolution you after all find a mixed use of Board of Directors
and Board of Trustees which I wasn't aware of when we voted (and which I
find very confusing by myself).
