[Translators-l] Flow satisfaction survey (priority on ar, bs, ca, eo, de, he, pt, ur, zh)

Thank you Philippe for your feedback.

I'm asking for languages that use Flow on a wiki. That's why I'm asking for
Esperanto (eo) but neither Dutch (nl) or Italian (it) are on the priority
list, because of they don't use Flow on a wiki.

However, translations are open: some people speaking Dutch or Italian on
MediaWiki or Wikidata may appreciate to have a survey in their language.
I'm not actively requesting these languages because there is a lot of
requests for translations. I prefer to ask for absolutely necessary
languages instead of wasting people's time.

German has been put on that short list by mistake, and that's entirely my
fault. Translation in German has been done but has some bias and must be
reviewed.

Qualtrics does not have a transliteration system.
