I'm planning to send the newsletter on Monday afternoon (UTC), i.e.
Monday morning PDT. The existing translations will be posted on the
wikis in that language.

I have tried to make it easier for readers to see which items are
recurring every week, as well as which items which are mainly relevant
to those with more technical knowledge. If you have opinions, feel

Yesterday, deployments were cancelled for the rest of this week, which
will affect the schedule next week as well. This means there's a
higher risk than usual of things changing between now and tomorrow. I
will let you know on Friday in any case.
