[Translators-l] Ready for early translation: Tech news summary #26

Greetings,

The latest tech newsletter is ready for early translation:

We're still planning to send it on Sunday (in 3 days), but since there
is already some stable content, we thought it would help translators
if the page was set up for translation early. This is a follow-up to
recent discussions on this list about how to better balance
translations and timeliness of the newsletter; I hope it helps.

The content will be frozen on Saturday evening, as the last time, and
it will be possible to continue or edit translations until Sunday
evening. The translations that are complete or mostly complete will
be posted on the wikis in that language.

separately (if translations aren't already done):
