It's an idea, especially if there are several  translations to
announce in the second batch. Of course we could also include it in
the announcement for the February WMF report, which would allow for
even more time. Or if I know the timing of the weekly meeting, I might
be able to give you a heads-up in case the upcoming issue is expected
to become available soon after the meeting.
