I have now revised the survey to reflect the changes made on the meta page.

Re: All languages currently live
I have updated their status to "published" on the Translation hub.

I will share updated versions for the remaining languages on Monday, as and
when they are done. Have a nice weekend, everyone! (has perhaps already
begun for a few of you :) )
