[Wiki Loves Monuments] monuments without official list

​Hi,

In Ukrainian WLM we use only lists from authorities.​ I think that WMUA as
an organisation is not empowered to decide what is a monument and what is
not, neither on our own nor on advice.

The lists are buggy and incomplete, indeed (not an uncommon issue, as I
see).
But there is a side effect: during the contest Ukrainian media use the gap
between what deserves to be protected and what actually is protected to
draw attention to the monuments preservation problems in the country.
