[Wiki Loves Monuments] Call for Volunteers - WLM International Team

I haven't really maintained the WLM-Wikidata tool, but it can already use
several country- or region-specific identifiers on Wikidata:

The real beauty here is that the code and the data maintenance are
separated, and the community can use WIkidata to make the data complete and
correct, via tools, bots, and manual corrections.
