[Wiki Loves Monuments] Banner for last day ?

Hello Sylvain,

There is no banner arranged for the last day. If such is wanted such should
be arranged much earlier.

I checked the CentralNotice system and it appears that the WikiFranca
banner has the priority of 'normal' and the wlm banner has the priority of
'high'. If have raised the WLM banner to emergency for France now,
hopefully this work. However, the situation described should not be
possible as the WLM banner has a higher priority than the WikiFranca
banner. Maybe this is a bug, but normally the WLM banner should be shown
more often.
