[Wiki Loves Monuments] Warn people without mail address -> bot ?

Well I was talking about the same a few days back.. Many contestants from Pakistan either not providing their email addresses or enabling the option of receiving from others.. We need some sort of solution to resolve the issue..

responded accordingly.



You now seem to mean "email address".



My bad ! In France we often use the term mail to designate the email, and I made the same mistake writting in english, sorry for this misunderstanding.
