Yep, the Italian list was changed yesterday. That bug should be fixed.
We inserted the ISO code for the regions and province and the name for
each city.
We hope that the data now are correct.

Just one question, Maarten, here:

Municipalities are wikilinks.. I hope those are not displayed as
wikilinks in the mobile app.
