[Wiki Loves Monuments] Please put the mobile app banner on your country sites

It is working :-)
1. I see a state called "IN-UT"
2. And inside Tamil Nadu .. Instead of Chennai and Thrissur circle it is C
and  T

Can you fix this issues ?
