You're right. I made the questions bold, and placed the explanations in
italic. I'm not convinced it's final yet, but looks much better.

Feel free to suggest enhancements. The questions are properly classed,
so it's a matter of adding a few lines of css to style them differently.

(I also added a question that I missed copying, oops!)
