Maybe now the contest is finished, someone feels an urge to share
experience or volunteer? :)

> Is there anyone who is willing to design something? Some criteria that
> come to mind:
> * There should be plenty of space
> * The theme color should be red (because of the logo). The WLM logo should
> be prominently visible. Also 2012 should get a prominent place in the
> design, as well as the name of the country.
> * There should be place for two signatures, but there should always be one
> (for a jury chair). The second signature could potentially be used for a
> director, president of the chapter or the main organizer.
> * The certificate should state:
> ** Name of the recipient
> ** File name of the photo
> ** Description of the photo
> ** Date & Place of signing / ceremony
> * It should be possible to make the certificate up to four-lingual, but it
> should also work nicely in English.
> Anything forgotten? Ideally this would become a file that is easily
> adaptable.
> Any previous designs are also welcome!
