[Wiki Loves Monuments] getting the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the database

Hey folks,

I have created a template for the UNESCO world heritage sites on
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Antarctic_Protected_Area_row . Could
some people review it if I missed anything? I would like to see lists like
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_World_Heritage_Sites_in_Africatransformed.

I would like to include both the information from the existing lists, and
from the website of UNESCO: http://whc.unesco.org/en/list . Take for
example http://whc.unesco.org/en/list/211 , which includes information we
don't have currently at Wikipedia such as ref_number and coordinates.

Your help would be appreciated:
* Check whether everything works properly
* Like in the current lists, the background color should be changed if the
site "in danger". I created the parameter "in_danger" for this.
* Find a way to harvest the information from the lists on Wikipedia
* Find a way to harvest the information from the UNESCO website
* Find a way to combine these informations
* Find a way to produce the lists from this

Anything I missed? Your help is appreciated!

Lodewijk
