[Wiki Loves Monuments] Bug in Toolserver map

Dear colleges,

This morning I noticed that toolserver map (
http://toolserver.org/~erfgoed/layar/location.html) do not indicate all
monuments that already exist in the database.

For example, some monuments of
Кам'янець-Подільський<http://uk.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%9A%D0%B0%D0%BC%27%D1%8F%D0%BD%D0%B5%D1%86%D1%8C-%D0%9F%D0%BE%D0%B4%D1%96%D0%BB%D1%8C%D1%81%D1%8C%D0%BA%D0%B8%D0%B9>with
coordinates already exist in this

Though in left bank of Kyiv monumentsare indicated correctly
