[Wiki Loves Monuments] Toolserver - how to get integrated?

Thank you a lot.  I've added Ukrainian line to
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2011/Monuments_database#Sources_overview
page and I want to upload first two lists to look how does it work.

The first one is  Київ/Лівий

Both these lists are filled as much as possible for present moment.

Could you help me with uploading?  And once more note - we have a common
parameter for coordinates and use for it {{coord}} template. It is much
more easy than having 2 different for longitude and latitude.
