[Wiki Loves Monuments] Geolocated centralnotice

If we want to catch tourists, shouldn't we announce the contest during June
or July? Most people take holidays in July, August. Nuno alerted me that
this was already planned for September in the timeline (
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2011/Timeline),
but perhaps we could have an earlier announcement for tourists.
Something like "Don't forget to take great pictures of monuments during your
holidays and enter WLM in September."
And then in September have something like "There are x monuments in
"country". Wikipedia only has pictures for y of them. Help Wikipedia by
taking pictures of monuments like "name of monument near you" and enter our
competition."
