[Wiki Loves Monuments] Agreement between Wikimedia Polska and National Heritage Board of Poland + update

Hi Tomasz ,

I'm very happy to hear this! Did you also talk about the European 
Heritage Days Forum [1]? I talked about it last week with the Council of 
Europe and the European Union when we had a meeting about the European 
Heritage Days (sorry, still have to write the report). We talked about 
involvement from the Wiki Loves Monuments community. As it is in Poland, 
it might be nice if Wikimedia Poland could get involved. More details 
later :-)
