[Wiki Loves Monuments] update per country

Hi @all!
Update for Austria: We're working on the lists, about 50% are ready for WLM.
In some days we'll have a meeting with the Bundesdenkmalamt
("federal office for monuments") to talk about WLM. I'll try to create our
page this days.
