[Wiki Loves Monuments] [Commons-l] Photo contest for Kosovo and Albania

Well we have our ongoing contest for the best photo of kosovo and
albania, we can start collecting them. It cannot hurt. We have so many
submissions to review and they need to be tagged, so we can focus on
the monuments as well. Also, the people there are not organised so we
will need months to get things going.
