The printing house will do its job within rughly one week after
receieving source file.

A3 - 12 pages + cover + biniding.

Hard to predict. It is going to be printed on 150 g /m2 paper - there
are 6 pages A3. A3 paper has 0.125 m2 so 6 x 0.125 * 150 g = 112,5 g +
cover + binding - it might be roughly 250 g I guess...

I guess the calendars won't be packed seperately.
