[Wiki Loves Monuments] Support for meet in Berlin

[Béria Lima]

We (Portugal) have the problem Spain have. We would love to send Gonçalo (
goethe.wiki at gmail.com) to Berlin but we also don't have money to do that. Is
there any chapter who can pay for his flight and hotel?
