Thank you all for your help! It is deeply appreciated. The newsletter
has now been delivered (in 17 languages) to subscribers across wikis.

(Because of some development today regarding the read-only mode during
the switchover that's planned to happen on March 22 I made a
last-minute addition to the English text, noting that it's possible it
will be postponed to April 18 instead. I decided not to invalidate any
translations, because I think you still had all the most central
information there.

a) The most important part now is the test of the read-only mode that
will happen this week, b) the item has a link to a page that will be
updated when we know more, c) the plan is still March 22 and d) either
way, we'll mention this in the next issue of Tech News too.)
