[Translators-l] Help us translate a global community survey for Wikimedia

Hum, how may question will there be? Wouldn't a too long survey be at 
risk to fail in gathering complete answers? Who is the target audience 
of this survey?

I'm not an expert at all, so maybe you might provide me with some hints 
on the subject to enlighten me on how this will have good probability to 
lead in a survey both providing precious information and having a large 
rate of participant. :)
