Hello all,

As some of you may be aware I'm contacting 2.8 million accounts that may be
renamed for SUL finalization. Thank you to those that helped translate that
announcement.

We're halfway done, and I have added a line to the text for clarity. The
entire text of the announcement is slightly broken on meta now, so I made a
