Dear Chinese translators,

The Wikimedia Foundation will be running a fundraising campaign in China
and Hong Kong this year. In order to prepare for the campaign, we would
highly appreciate your help to translate banner messages from English to
simplified Chinese (for mainland China) and traditional Chinese (for Hong
Kong).
