[Translators-l] Community Tech Survey ready for translation

Dear Edward,

I cannot translate this page. Again, I typed translations in the AJAX 
tool, only to see after a while that none of them had been saved. I am 
also unable to access the individual message pages so as to translate 
them.
That is really frustrating, and appears completely unneccesary to me.
