[Translators-l] Community Tech Survey ready for translation

Dear Purodha,

Thanks for bringing up this important issue. This is my first time making
this kind of request, and I wasn't sure if I should open it up to all
languages yet. Since this pilot survey is going first to these 8 language
wikipedias, I would really like the questions to be translated first into
these languages. It would be particularly helpful to translate the main
research page into any language:
