[Translators-l] Help us translate fundraising support pages

Thanks Jessica for letting us know.
I'm working on Japanese one.

In Translations:Fundraising/Translation/Problems donating/6, it says as:

> * Your credit/debit card should be enabled for International use. Cards that can only be used in country

however, some credit cards are not issued by banks (at least here in Japan).
I think it should be "issuer" instead.
