[Translators-l] Translation request: Banners announcing the Wikipedia app on Android devices

Actually it just occurred to me that there was one aspect in which
those two banners differed:
We cloned Wpapp2014Androidmobile_1 into another banner for test
purposes (https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralNoticeBanners/edit/Heathertest
), but Wpapp2014Androidmobile_2 wasn't cloned afaik. And the time of
the cloning would be consistent with the times of the "empty banner"
occurrences. Just a hunch though; normally cloning should of course
leave the original banner intact.
