[Translators-l] Quick translation request for Planet Wikimedia (ar, id, ja, ro, zh)

Hi guys,
thanks so much for your involvement; I now only need to have the strings 
translated into Chinese -- so if you speak this language, or know 
someone who does, please let them know I'm seeking their help :-)

@Takeshi: Have a look at <https://ja.planet.wikimedia.org/> -- the 
planet logo comes after the phrase. At 
<https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=56412#c5> Kzhr suggested 
to leave the phrase untranslated, what do you think?
