[Translators-l] Translation request: Universal Language Selector (ULS) deployment announcement

[Philippe Verdy]

The two additional pages (in MediaWiki.org) are now fully translated to
French now (with minor presentation improvements that may be copied at top
of the FAQ and on the page presenting the extension.
