[Translators-l] 2012 Editor Survey is about to launch

You are perfectly right about the genders. It renders the whole thing
unserious and useless. I'm not too sure that *most* alphabets don't have
capitals (in fact, only comparatively few don't) but that is a lesser
problem there.
