Hi Michael,

You may be getting this message because you're trying to edit the page
directly. The translations are now done using the Translate tool.

You can access the translation interface through 2 ways:
* If you click the edit button and you see the "You do not have
permission to edit" message, click the link labeled "the translation
tool" at the end of the second line.
* If you're on the page but haven't clicked the edit button yet (for
example https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_maintenance_notice/hsb
), click the link that says "translated version" in the small sentence
at the top of the page.

Either link should bring you to the pages where you can edit the
translations; I've put the direct links below in case you can't find
them:
