[Translators-l] Help translating a Global Notice for Wikimedia hackathon

Thank all of you so much for your translations!  I'm always amazed at the
work done by localizers.  The banner text has now been translated into 13
languages, including 7 of the top 10!

French, German and Italian are conspicuously absent, and would all be very
welcome.  :)
