[Translators-l] About guideline

[KIZU Naoko]

Note: I heard Scribus has a problem to deal with CJK characters.
Making a file on OpenOffice.org (or LibreOffice, if you prefer,
although I haven't tried yet) and then generating a PDF file may be
easier in some cases.
