[Translators-l] New request: Licensing tutorial forWikimediaCommons

Although no one answered my question, I translated the graphic file as well as the text on Meta, as everyone else seems to do. So now the Macedonian (mk) tutorial file is translated and correctly uploaded on Commons. Here is the page:

    I will update the graphic I uploaded yesterday with the proofread translation.
    Any comments on the graphic would be welcome:

    I had to convert the text into paths to display correctly on the browser, resulting in a relatively big file.
    Any ideas how to solve this without the need to convert?

      Macedonian (mk) translation is done.

      I only wonder - why did we have to translate it there, if we are supposed to

      upload the file, categorize it, etc ourselves?? (as stated under "Uploading
      the file to Wikimedia Commons" in your instructions). Should we (for some
      reason) also translate the SVG image in a vector editor?
