[Translators-l] Translate "Wikimedia Foundation" or not?

In Turkish I translated it but also wrote the original name in parenthesis
only one tıme where ıt fırst appears. Like:
Wikimedia Vakfı (Wikimedia Foundation)
then
"Wikimedia Vakfı" on rest of the text.
