[Mediawiki-i18n] Fwd: LocalisationUpdate not working since 2017-04-11

That means wikis currently show translations from Tuesday morning.

I'll run it at the end of this evening SWAT (at 23:xx UTC), we'll then
get refreshed translation.

But Friday to Sunday are no non-emergency deployment days, so we'll be
stuck 3 days with this evening's state of translations.
