[Mediawiki-i18n] VisualEditor test event, first bug reported

Hi,

As you may know, we are encouraging users to test VisualEditor using
non-latin characters this week[1].

I just now found and reported the first bug of the exercise:
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44442

I suspect that there are other issues to be found when using non-latin
characters in VisualEditor, if you'd like to join me in looking for them.
