[Translators-l] Ready to translate: Access to nonpublic information policy documents

Thank you to everyone that has helped!

We are close to having the confidentiality agreement itself fully translated (the other primary pages mostly still need help), but the main agreement still needs help with five target languages not yet ready:
- Arabic (14%)
- Chinese (65%)
- Japanese (73%)
- Indonesian (8%)
- Polish (3%)
