# Team Updates 

 	*
The A2K team [12] consists of three members based in Delhi: Nitika
Tandon [13], Subhashish Panigrahi [14] and Noopur Raval [15].
 	* We are
seeking applications for the post of Programme Director [16] (Access to
Knowledge) for New Delhi office.
 	* Shiju Alex [17], Programme Manager,
Access to Knowledge is leaving the organisation. November 16, 2012 will
be his last working day. We wish him success in all his future
endeavours.

About CIS [18]
CIS was registered as a society in Bangalore
in 2008. As an independent, non-profit research organisation, it runs
different policy research programmes such as Accessibility [19], Access
to Knowledge [20], Openness [21], Internet Governance [22], and Telecom
[23].
