understood. Something to consider for next years: we should totally
use the hackathon times. :)

This sounds great. They will want to get an estimate from you, though,
since they have to plan for foods as far as I understand from Rachel
Farrand's responses on Wikimania lists. So, have an estimate: bunch of
us are already registered for the Hackathon, so how about 10
non-registered max? (I'm making up the number, if you expect more,
just say more.)
